How you’ll make an impact in this role
Drive the seamless daily operation of assigned practice sites by optimizing patient flow, strengthening staff performance, and ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care delivery.
Act as a critical connector between physicians, staff, and administrative teams—fostering strong communication, resolving challenges, and aligning operations across clinical and business functions.
Advance the practice’s growth and financial health by developing strategic plans with physician leadership, managing budgets, improving billing and collections, and ensuring effective staffing to meet care demands.
Promote a compliant, efficient, and supportive work environment by overseeing regulatory adherence, vendor and contract management, and cultivating a positive culture through staff development, engagement, and conflict resolution.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
