Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Tulsa, Oklahoma
Maintenance Technician
Pay: $28–$32/hr
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment and facility systems running smoothly. You’ll handle preventative maintenance , troubleshooting , and repairs on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC‑controlled systems. This role is perfect for a hands‑on problem‑solver who enjoys variety and technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose equipment issues and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics
Order replacement parts and maintain proper documentation
Install, test, repair, and modify electrical and mechanical components
Support facility maintenance throughout the plant
Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Skills
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience troubleshooting PLC‑controlled production equipment
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
Experience in preventative maintenance on industrial machinery
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience repairing tools, motors, band saws, iron workers, burn tables, welders, plasma torches, overhead cranes, forklifts
Comfortable working with 3‑phase electrical systems up to 480V
Basic tack‑welding (Stick or MIG)
Strong understanding of LOTO , PPE, and industrial safety
Ability to test and fine‑tune new equipment during installation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
