Position: Farmworker

Requirements: Must be 18 years of age.Worker has 3 days from date of hire to show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Static strength; exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, unload, carry objects up to 75lbs (possible 2-person); may climb, walk, stand, reach, balance, sit, stoop, bend, squat, wash, clean: equip, grounds, area. All applicants must be able, willing and qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified. Variable weather conditions may apply. Bonus potential based on work performance at the sole discretion of the employer. Employees are expected to keep employer-provided vehicles clean and free of trash. Workers may not post or remove notices, signs, or other instructions from the employers bulletin boards or the employers property without specific authorization from the employer. Job Description: Duties may include: Prepare soil and growth media for trees on acreage, in nursery, greenhouses, fields, and sheds. Fill pots, seed, water, fertilize, and transplant trees. Space plants/produce and containers on carts, trucks. Water, trim, and prune trees and shrubs. Move trees/shrubs from multiple locations. Non smoking/tobacco/drug environment. Clean work areas and store materials & other related Farmworker activities as per SOC/OES 45-2092 (onetonline.org). Possible weekend/holiday work.

Anticipated Hours of Work Per Week: 40hrs per week

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7hrs Saturday 5hrs 7:30am-4:30pm

Anticipated Period of Employment: 02/15/2026 to 12/14/2026
