Adecco US, Inc. CNC Programmer in Tulsa, Oklahoma
A growing aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer to support precision machining operations. This role will focus on developing programs for multi-axis CNC equipment, optimizing machining processes, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment and has experience programming CNC equipment for complex machined components.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning centers using CAM software.
Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements to determine machining strategy, tooling, and process parameters.
Optimize machining processes including tool selection, feeds, speeds, and cycle times to improve productivity and quality.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges and improve part manufacturability.
Troubleshoot programs and make adjustments to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
Provide occasional support with machine setup and machining operations when needed.
Assist in the design of fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions to improve repeatability and efficiency.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within machining operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment.
Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, Esprit, or CATIA .
Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming .
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, models, and GD&T .
Familiarity with CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks preferred.
Experience working in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments is a strong plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Work Environment
This position is based in a machining/manufacturing environment and may require standing for extended periods, handling tools and components, and occasionally lifting materials.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
