Adecco US, Inc. CNC Programmer in Tulsa, Oklahoma

A growing aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Programmer to support precision machining operations. This role will focus on developing programs for multi-axis CNC equipment, optimizing machining processes, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced precision manufacturing environment and has experience programming CNC equipment for complex machined components.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain CNC programs for multi-axis milling and turning centers using CAM software.

  • Interpret engineering drawings, models, and GD&T requirements to determine machining strategy, tooling, and process parameters.

  • Optimize machining processes including tool selection, feeds, speeds, and cycle times to improve productivity and quality.

  • Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve machining challenges and improve part manufacturability.

  • Troubleshoot programs and make adjustments to ensure parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.

  • Provide occasional support with machine setup and machining operations when needed.

  • Assist in the design of fixtures, tooling, and workholding solutions to improve repeatability and efficiency.

  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement within machining operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • 3+ years of CNC programming experience in a precision machining environment.

  • Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam, Esprit, or CATIA .

  • Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming .

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, models, and GD&T .

  • Familiarity with CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks preferred.

  • Experience working in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing environments is a strong plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Work Environment

This position is based in a machining/manufacturing environment and may require standing for extended periods, handling tools and components, and occasionally lifting materials.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
