The full Pay Range is $82,900.00 - $154,000.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role. You'll bring clarity to complex workflows, help design and implement new solutions, and champion continuous improvement that strengthens both employee and member experiences. Your impact will be felt across daytoday operations-where your insights help reduce risk, streamline processes, and drive meaningful enhancements. You'll be a connector, a problem solver, and an advocate for operational excellence, ensuring that programs are implemented thoughtfully and aligned to the needs of the BU you support. WHAT YOU'LL DO:Operational Leadership: * Lead and support operational activities across your BU by applying your product and process expertise to deliver smooth, efficient execution. Project & Delivery Oversight: * Serve as a key contributor on project teams, guiding system enhancements, delivery execution, and process improvements that advance BU goals. Strategic Input: * Participate in strategic discussions when needed, offering insights that help shape priorities for BU products, services, and member impact. Standards, Metrics & Process Excellence: * Implement and uphold policies, standards, and processes while creating clear productivity measures, reporting tools, and tracking methods to evaluate success. Communication & Performance Insights: * Produce timely, actionable communications and reporting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged in product and service performance. Partnership & Program Design: * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to build and implement programs that support strong employee experiences and unforgettable member advocacy. Survey & Feedback Analysis: * Interpret data and insights from employee and member surveys to identify opportunities and guide improvements. Regulatory & Compliance Stewardship: * Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations related to your BU, working closely with crossfunctional teams to uphold regulatory expectations. Vendor Management: * Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring services delivered to members are highquality, efficient, and aligned to BECU's standards. Reporting & Audit Readin
