Position: Senior Team Leader
Immediate Supervisor: Project Manager
Job Summary:
Iron Mountain is seeking for a Team Leader with proofing record in team management to support our Digital Operations. This position will be managing a project team at our scanning Facilities.
Job Responsibilities :
Directly involved in the operation of the project and assist your superior to set up production
Assist your superior to supervise a team of line leaders & operators and manage production lines & resources to meet desired quality & daily production targets
Assist your superior to work with various support groups to ensure smooth and efficient operation of production
Assist your superior to conduct data collection analysis, design the workflow, escalation flowchart, scorecard design, provide regular production reports and the monthly performance report.
Arrange the training and supervising employees, reducing operational costs, monitoring their department's compliance with operational policies, and keeping up-to-date with the progress of administrative duties. Planning and executing departmental budgets.
Any other duties as assigned by your superior from time to time
Overall responsible for operations to be proceeded in accordance with ISO manual (ISO90001, ISO18001 & ISO27001).
Security, Health & Safety:
Comply with all security, occupational health and safety policies, procedures and written instructions appropriate to the workplace, and ensure all team members meet this requirement.
Complete required security, health and safety training.
Cooperate with management and the Company in meeting regulatory requirements.
Take reasonable care for your personal health and safety, and that of other persons including customers and the public who may be affected by your actions at work.
Report incidents or near misses, attend any required health and safety meetings, report problems and recommend improvements, and other related activities.
Requirements:
Diploma and above graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in team management
Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity, responsibility, and willing to work under pressure
Client-oriented, pleasant, cheerful and good communication skills
Good sense of time management
Sound PC Knowledge, especially with Excel
Good Command of English and Chinese
Possession of scanning knowledge will be a plus
Other than above roles, job holders should follow other job duties and responsibilities assigned by line manage from time to time
