The Position
IT Project Manager - Tucson, AZ
The Opportunity:
Plans and coordinates some or all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to project close continuously focusing the team on the value to be delivered. Coordinates work performed by IT project teams, by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments. Develops project plans and assists with, and may manage, implementation processes for on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects are small to moderate in number, size and complexity.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights, recommendations, and presentations for stakeholders
Develop, automate, and maintain reporting and forecasting tools to improve efficiency and data accessibility
Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness across PHCS LCT
Compile and communicate regular portfolio reports to support strategic decision-making
Identify gaps and propose data-driven solutions aligned with PHCS LCT strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business needs and answer complex analytical questions
Adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and processes to continuously improve data workflows
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
5 years of related experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as a self-starter
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly to diverse audiences
Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Strong expertise in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, and/or Microsoft Excel
Experience building automated reporting dashboards and forecasting models
Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is $93,300 - $136,200. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
