CBRE Facilities Supervisor, on-site in Tucson, Arizona

About the Role:

JoinCBRE as a Facilities Supervisor and play a key role in keeping our spacesrunning smoothly and efficiently.

In this position, you will oversee approximately 80,000square feet of office space and directly supervise one team member responsiblefor day‑to‑day building maintenance activities. You will collaborate withclients, vendors, and contractors to ensure maintenance and repair work iscompleted promptly, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you willhelp maintain and enhance the performance and reliability of the site byoverseeing routine building operations, addressing mechanical and facilityissues, and ensuring a well‑maintained environment for occupants.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact forescalated communications between landlords, tenants, and service providers,ensuring policies, procedures, and reporting standards are clearly understoodand consistently applied.

  • Organize and oversee routine maintenance of building equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

  • Partner with the Facilities Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute short- and long-term projects ensuring timely completion and alignment with site objectives.

  • Analyze work order data and generate performance reports for management, offering recommendations to enhance process efficiency.

  • Manage vendors and conduct vendor evaluations through market research and cost-benefit analysis to support procurement decisions.

  • Monitor and track both regular and ad-hoc facility expenses to support budget adherence and financial planning; assist with budget preparation and process purchase orders.

  • Resolve complex operational issues and identify innovative solutions to meet team objectives.

  • Introduce and implement new techniques or processes to improve team performance and service delivery.

  • Influence both team and cross-functional objectives through effective leadership and collaboration.

  • Ensure all team activities align with and positively impact customer satisfaction and service standards.

  • Lead by example, modeling behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values, and provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED, along with 5+ years of relevant facilities experience.

  • Familiarity with budgeting principles and financial processes.

  • Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Proficient in using a CMMS to track and manage work orders.

  • Strong understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within your area of expertise, with foundational knowledge of related functions.

  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and sensitive information clearly and effectively.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other related tools.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and a highly inquisitive, analytical mindset.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $170,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $200,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
