Job Title: Building Automation Control Systems ManagerJob Description
This role involves overseeing the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and programming of building automation control systems. You will deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients while leveraging your expertise in various technical areas.
Responsibilities
Oversee installation and commissioning of building automation control systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, and program building automation control systems.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
Utilize knowledge of HVAC systems, control devices, computer operations, and electronics.
Apply mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Use direct digital controls, manage airflow and hydronic systems.
Implement IT networking, analytics, and building controls technologies.
Essential Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in HVAC or mechanical construction.
Proven track record of creating and maintaining Gantt-based project schedules with consistent on-time delivery.
Hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Visio and CAD software for system diagrams and equipment layouts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Siemens technology.
Ability to use project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tucson, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
