Were looking for a Superintendent who thrives in the commercial environment someone who understands the pace, the coordination, and the precision required to run a successful job site.\ Key Responsibilities:\ Lead all onsite operations for commercial projects ranging from \$1M\$2M+\ Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and daily workflow\ Maintain tight schedules and ensure milestones are hit without compromising quality\ Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, professional job site\ Communicate clearly and work well with project managers, owners, and inspectors\ Solve problems quickly and keep the project moving forward\ Produce accurate daily reports and documentation\ \ Qualifications:\ 2+ years of commercial superintendent experience (ground up, TI, or both)\ Strong understanding of commercial building systems, codes, and sequencing\ Proven ability to manage multiple trades on fast paced sites\ Experience with commercial inspections, permitting, and closeout processes\ Ability to read and interpret commercial plans and specifications\ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills\ Proficiency with digital reporting and project management tools\ Skilled trades background or hands on construction experience is a plus\ OSHA 30\ \ Requirements\ Must pass a drug test (includes all drugs, including marijuana)\ Valid drivers license and reliable transportation\ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts\ Professional demeanor with clients, subcontractors, and coworkers\ \ Why Commercial Supers Love Working With Us\ Competitive salary based on commercial experience\ Mileage reimbursement\ Health, dental, and vision benefits\ Paid time off and paid holidays\ \ Apply Today\ Send your resume to Accounting@kittlearizona.com with the subject line Commercial Superintendent Application.\ or Apply directly on our website<https://www.kittlearizona.com/job-applicant>
