Insight Global Project Manager (Maximo) in Tucker, Georgia

Job Description

Insight Global is looking to add a Project Manager with experience in IBM Maximo to their consultancy division in an effort to support the maintenance division of a local electric utility. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for field asset data validation and cleaning within Maximo. Day to day responsibilities include:

• Establish timelines for each activity and ensure adherence to expected milestones and deliverables.

• Keep project on track by monitoring progress and resolving delays.

• Ensure the milestones and deliverables are completed per client requirements

• Perform quality review of work product and all status reporting

• Provide performance management of team members and deliver feedback from stakeholder teams as needed.

• Lead process optimization, continuous education, and reporting.

Skills and Requirements

• Hands on experience working in IBM Maximo, with a focus on asset data validation, cleanup, and maintenance workflows.

• Proven Project Management experience delivering defined scopes with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Ability to build, manage, and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving risks or delays.

• Experience performing quality reviews of work products, including data accuracy checks and status reporting.

• Demonstrated capability to lead and manage project team members, providing feedback and coordinating stakeholder input.

• Strong background in process optimization and continuous improvement, particularly related to asset data and reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical, field, and leadership teams. • Prior experience supporting a utility, transmission, or distribution organization, particularly within maintenance or asset management teams.

• Familiarity with field asset data collection processes, including coordination with field crews or contractors.

• Experience working in a consulting or client facing environment, managing expectations across multiple stakeholder groups.
