Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Service Representative positions in Tucker, GA. Responsibilities:

· Maintain real-time phone communication with in-home delivery driver teams, helping them stay on schedule, troubleshoot issues, and report delays or exceptions

· Speak with customers when delivery teams encounter issues, de-escalate concerns, and act as a bridge between customers and drivers in both English and Spanish

· Follow up on missing updates or miscommunication, escalating issues to contractors, the Lead CSR, or Operations Manager as needed

· Support end-of-day check-ins by guiding driver teams upon return, ensuring proper trash and haul-away drop-off, and confirming check-in with staff

Requirements:

· Fluent in Spanish and English with the ability to confidently speak and understand both

· Comfortable using the phone throughout the day in a fast-paced environment

· Strong, assertive communicator who can remain calm and professional when working with drivers and customers

· Dependable and flexible with shift start times; basic computer skills including email, Excel, and GPS/dispatch tools

Perks:

· Shift: Rotating schedule (First Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Second Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM)

· Pay: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.50 per hour
