Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay Rate: $19–$24 per hour
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team in Tualatin, OR. In this role, you will work within a production cell to assemble, test, and package electro‑mechanical products. The position involves performing basic circuit board testing, wire bonding, and RF soldering, as well as following visual and written work instructions to meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and package electro‑mechanical products in a cell-based production environment
Perform basic go/no‑go testing on circuit boards
Complete wire bonding and RF soldering for sub‑assemblies
Follow visual and written instructions to install customer-specific components
Package finished products and stage them for shipment
Communicate part shortages to material handlers
Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs
Required Skills
Experience with assembly work and handling small parts
Proficient in the use of hand tools
Basic computer skills
Understanding of general production and mechanical assembly processes
Ability to perform basic testing and soldering tasks
Additional Qualifications
Ability to provide references covering the last five jobs or seven years
Strong understanding of the English language
Experience in small-part manufacturing or production environments
Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday

Work Environment
This position is based in a lean manufacturing, kanban-driven production cell environment and follows ESD protocols. Teams vary by focus:
Red Team: Traditional PCB assembly, including board stuffing and soldering
Orange Team: Quiet, focused work environment
Blue Team: Dynamic team structure requiring flexibility due to rotations

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tualatin, OR.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
