Job Description:

Job Requirements

• Physical measurements – length, thickness, diameters, and other parameters

• Ensuring internal calibration of measuring instruments (Kolmá plant)

• Processing and evaluation of calibration reports

• Records and management of measuring instruments, both physical and system-based (Palstat system)

• Preparation of input materials for the creation of measurement instructions and training of new operators

• Initial and periodic training in the field of measurement

• Active participation in continuous improvement (CoPQ, CPS, TCPS) from the perspective of developing measurement methodologies

• Collaboration on the development of measurement methods and selection of suitable measuring equipment (in cooperation with the MSA team)

• Preparation of reports, their evaluation, and archiving

• Support for the production quality engineers and laboratories team

What your background should look like

• Technical education (ideally in mechanical engineering)

• Experience in metrology, measurement, or quality

• Knowledge of measuring instruments and measurement procedures

• Knowledge of VDA 6.5 and basic metrology training is an advantage

• Attention to detail, systematic approach, and accuracy

• Ability to work independently as well as in a teamValid Category B driving license

• Knowledge of English is an advantage
