T or C Hospitality LLC Hotel Housekeeper- Part Time in Truth Or Consequences, New Mexico
This position is for a Housekeeping Room Attendant at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Truth or Consequences, NM. The primary responsibility of this role is to clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to IHG brand standards to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable stay for all guests.
Duties include: stripping and making beds; cleaning bathrooms; restocking amenities and linens; vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces; removing trash; reporting any maintenance issues; organizing and stocking housekeeping carts; and following all cleaning procedures set by hotel management and IHG. The role may also include assisting in laundry operations such as washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens.
This position requires standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to approximately 25-30 lbs, pushing/pulling housekeeping carts, and entering guest rooms daily. Work is performed independently and must be completed efficiently within assigned timeframes. The employee must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, depending on hotel occupancy.
Housekeepers must follow safety and chemical-handling procedures, maintain a professional appearance, respect guest privacy, and communicate with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests. Reliability, attention to detail, and courtesy toward guests are essential.
