Adecco US, Inc. Global Supply Planner in Trumbull, Connecticut

Our client, a great manufacturing company in Trumbull, CT is looking for a Global Supply Planner for a

6-month project. This is a Temporary role Only and will be On-Site (5 days/wk). Hours are 8a - 5p.

Pay rate is $55-$58/hr.

Scope:

This role is focused on global supply of finished goods inventory. Each supply planner will be responsible for a series of products on a worldwide basis with annual revenue in the range of $100-$200M. Supply planners are tasked with ensuring service and inventory objectives are achieved.

Job Summary:

The Senior Supply Planner collaborates with members of other geographic and functional teams to define and maintain appropriate inventory levels to meet service level and inventory objectives. Supply Planning is also responsible for leading our monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) site reviews. The supply planner operates as a subject matter expert and lead point-of-contact for matters specific to their portfolio, collaborating cross-functionally to propose needed supply adjustments and support the timely & successful delivery of product to customers.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

· Understanding of the S&OP/ IBP process

· Strong analytics acumen, interpretation of data and ability to translate into insights

· Results-driven; Be curious and apply critical thinking to support continuous improvement activities

· Experience in ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience:

· 3-5 years of progressive experience in supply or production planning in manufacturing industry.

· Experience managing supply activity in a multi-plant environment

· Power BI or Tableau

Education:

BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $58.00 per hour
