We’re looking for a Maintenance Planner who is passionate about reliability, proactive planning, and turning strategy into execution. What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be a key driver of safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance by ensuring maintenance work is well-planned, fully prepared, and ready to execute.
Champion safety by embedding safety considerations into every job plan and maintenance activity
Review and validate maintenance work requests for clarity, completeness, and appropriate priority
Partner with Production Coordinators and Maintenance Leadership to align priorities and timelines
Own a prioritized, ready-to-schedule maintenance backlog that minimizes delays and reactive work
Create detailed job plans for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities
Perform field walk-downs to improve planning accuracy and job success
Develop and maintain weekly and short-term maintenance schedules aligned to labor and production needs
Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors and Operations to maximize wrench time and schedule compliance
Materials, Reliability, and Continuous Improvement
Ensure material readiness by identifying, ordering, staging, and coordinating parts before work is scheduled
Partner with Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) suppliers to maintain accurate min/max levels and timely replenishment
Manage long-lead, custom, and non-stock parts including vendor coordination and delivery tracking
Maintain and improve equipment BOMs and spare parts accuracy in the CMMS
Plan materials and coordination for shutdowns, outages, and major maintenance events
Optimize PM and PdM task frequencies to improve asset reliability
Support RCM, Autonomous Maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions are effectively planned
Track and improve KPIs related to readiness, parts availability, and kitting effectiveness
What You Bring
Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent maintenance/reliability experience (5+ years preferred)
Experience with reliability-focused maintenance including PM optimization, PdM, RCM, or TPM
Hands-on experience with CMMS systems for planning and asset management
Experience coordinating with vendors and contractors
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
A proactive mindset focused on prevention, efficiency, and continuous improvement

Compensation Information:
The specific pay rate upon hire will depend on a combination of work location and the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
