HTC Global Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Solution Architect (Ref# SOLA25CK).
Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Job Duties: Define, design, and deliver architecture-based solutions to application development projects that align to client patterns and standards for enterprise systems. Design, develop, and integrate custom solutions using the Salesforce platform, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Provide technical subject-matter expert (SME) support on the Salesforce platform to the business and all stakeholders involved. Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce data cloud solutions. Identify the client requirements by detailed discussions/meeting with the client, functional users, functional/technical consultants, and product owners to collect requirement specification, metrics, and key performance indicators. Prepare system requirements specification documents. Review system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested change is possible within existing system. Design and develop custom solutions using the Salesforce platform. Prepare flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate the software architecture that meets client requirements in an effective and cost-efficient manner. Develop in-detail technical specifications for application software to be performed by development team. Responsible for developing Lightning flows and workflows and customizing Visualforce to improve the experience. Create Lightning components, adding CSS and design parameters to enhance the components. Work on MuleSoft integration with Salesforce. Prepare test plans based on the system requirements specification. Inspect test results for accuracy and completeness. Provide application technical support and maintenance activities for enhanced system functionality. Use of Saleforce.com platform, Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Data Loader, HTML, VS Code, GitLab, Vlocity, Copado, MuleSoft, and MS Azure.
Requirements: This position requires a Master's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Salesforce Consultant or related experience. Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and MuleSoft. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein. 40hrs/week.
