Kostal of America, Inc. Senior Manager Finance & Controlling (Processes and Systems) (Job Code: 1024) in Troy, Michigan
Responsible for leading the evaluation, design, and analysis of the solutions that meet business objectives in a complex business environment while ensuring adherence to KOSTAL GROUP standards and best practices; overseeing the implementation and documentation of improvements and managing projects relating to new solution designs and handoffs to functional leaders or team members; providing competency and awareness of current processes implemented globally and their impact on the business and advising on process adjustments; continually engaging with functional team members to determine the organization's current and future needs; utilize and apply knowledge of Controlling Standards, Financial Reporting Systems, Forecast and Planning Consolidation, Financial Budgeting, Group Cashflow (Reporting and Consolidation), Financial Reporting, Investment Reporting, SAP FI/CO/COPA, SAP BI solutions, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to complete necessary tasks; actively coordinating requirements and improvement ideas with innovation and enterprise teams ; researching complex process integration issues with cross-functional areas of the business as well as the Group Headquarter and breaking them down into actionable items, with innovative or simplified answers; determining whether the current processes have validity and what deficiencies need to be corrected or replaced to adopt them to the Group standard; identifying and driving the adoptions of process improvements that meet the goals of the business for functionality and process standardization; conducting post-implementation reviews; and conducting other projections, research, and analysis as necessary.

Salary: $171,600 per year;
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Training: None;
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as a Financial and Business Analyst, as a Director Finance and Administration, as a Corporate Controller, as a Chief Financial Officer, or in a related occupation;
Will accept four (4) years work experience in the position above, as a Financial and Business Analyst, as a Director Finance and Administration, as a Corporate Controller, as a Chief Financial Officer, or in a related occupation, in lieu of the primary education and work experience requirements.
