One Team US LLC Marketing Growth Leader – SaaS & Software Services in Troy, Michigan

Position Overview

One Team US is seeking a senior-level Marketing Growth Leader to architect and execute scalable demand generation strategies across our portfolio of SaaS platforms and software services, including Whizpot, Got Your Team, Falcomatics, and emerging AI-driven products.

This role is not a traditional marketing manager position. It requires a strategic operator with deep SaaS growth experience, performance marketing expertise, product-led growth understanding, and the ability to align technical infrastructure with measurable pipeline impact. 

The ideal candidate understands B2B SaaS positioning, multi-brand strategy, attribution modeling, and demand capture systems --- and can translate that into qualified leads, demos, and revenue growth.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. SaaS Positioning & Messaging Architecture
  • Define and refine ICPs across multiple brands
  • Develop differentiated positioning frameworks for each product
  • Align messaging across websites, landing pages, ads, and sales collateral
  • Establish category clarity and competitive differentiation  
  1. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing
  • Build and optimize high-intent acquisition channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, organic search)
  • Design and execute a paid acquisition strategy with defined CPL and CAC targets
  • Own MQL ? SQL ? Demo pipeline optimization
  • Drive measurable demo bookings and qualified lead growth
  1. Funnel & Conversion Engineering
  • Architect full-funnel strategy (traffic ? conversion ? demo ? close)
  • Implement landing page testing strategy (A/B testing, CRO)
  • Define product-led and demo-driven growth flows
  • Improve conversion rates across SaaS properties
  1. Growth Analytics & KPI Ownership
  • Establish CAC, LTV, CPL, and ROI tracking frameworks
  • Implement a unified reporting dashboard across brands
  • Ensure attribution modeling and performance transparency
  • Present monthly growth reports tied to revenue impact
  1. Multi-Brand Strategy Oversight
  • Prioritize marketing resources across the One Team US portfolio
  • Ensure consistent strategic direction across domains
  • Align marketing initiatives with product roadmap and AI initiatives
  • Identify scalable growth opportunities across verticals

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Demonstrated success scaling SaaS products via inbound and paid acquisition
  • Strong understanding of CAC/LTV modeling and demand forecasting
  • Experience managing multi-product or multi-brand portfolios
  • Deep knowledge of SEO, paid search, and LinkedIn advertising
  • Experience implementing marketing automation and CRM integration
  • Strong analytical background with a performance accountability mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI-driven software or technical SaaS environments

Familiarity with product-led growth frameworks
