Job DescriptionOverview
We are seeking an experienced Foundation Repair Foreman to lead and support our growing construction teams. As we continue expanding and adding new crews, this role will play a key part in guiding daily field operations. We’re actively investing in both our people and our equipment, and your leadership will be essential to that growth.
In this position, you will oversee day-to-day job site activities, manage crew members, ensure safety protocols are followed, and help keep projects on track and within budget. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and a solid understanding of foundation repair practices.
Responsibilities
Lead and oversee a crew of 2–3 team members
Coordinate daily job site activities, including site prep, excavation, underpinning, and concrete work
Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for foundation repair projects
Build positive relationships with customers by delivering excellent service
Assist with training and mentoring newer team members
Maintain high standards for safety, efficiency, quality, and teamwork
Qualifications
Strong construction background with the ability to make decisions and solve problems independently in the field
Takes pride in quality work and believes in doing the job correctly, not just quickly
Experience leading crews and helping develop others in the trade; leads by example and supports team growth
Ability to meet insurance requirements based on driving record and background check (including eligibility to operate company vehicles on military job sites)
Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the United States
Preferred: experience in foundation repair and/or project management
Join a team that is focused on growth, quality, and doing things the right way. We are committed to safety, strong leadership, and craftsmanship, giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on every project you lead.
