As a Warehouse / Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing customer sales orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments and pickups. You will be responsible for staging parts for technician jobs, receiving incoming shipments, and verifying their accuracy against purchase orders. Additionally, you will coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials while maintaining accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system. Your expertise will also be utilized in assisting with purchasing by creating purchase orders, following up with vendors, and sourcing parts as necessary. You will update and maintain parts pricing, costs, and master data within the ERP system while investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies and returns. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment is essential, and you will operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed. You will also be responsible for shipping parts via FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers, all while providing exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments.
Responsibilities
Process customer sales orders, including picking, packing, and preparing shipments and pickups.
Stage parts for technician jobs.
Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and properly stock parts.
Coordinate and execute transfers of parts and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory levels in the warehouse and ERP system.
Assist with purchasing by creating purchase orders, following up with vendors, and sourcing parts as needed.
Update and maintain parts pricing, costs, and master data within the ERP system.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and returns.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
Ship parts via FedEx, UPS, and LTL carriers.
Provide exceptional internal customer service to technicians and other departments.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or parts department role, preferably in automotive, industrial, or similar industries.
Experience using an ERP system is strongly preferred.
Basic purchasing and vendor management experience is a plus.
Ability to lift 50–70 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks.
Forklift certificate needed within 30 days of start date.
Proficiency in inventory control and cycle counts.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
