Description We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Troutman, North Carolina. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing invoicing, payments, and collections processes. Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounts receivable operations, including processing invoices and payments.
• Oversee commercial collections activities to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
• Handle cash applications efficiently to maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Execute billing functions with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with other departments to address discrepancies and improve processes.
• Maintain organized documentation for all accounts receivable transactions.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management regarding AR performance.
• Assist with audits and compliance reviews related to accounts receivable.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AR operations and enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and collections.
• Strong knowledge of commercial collections and cash application procedures.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
• Problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and payment issues effectively.
• Familiarity with billing functions and financial documentation standards.
• Experience in the agriculture industry is a plus but not required.
