CompuCom Field Service technician II in TRINITY, Florida

We are seeking a Field Service Technician II to provide onsite support for automated pharmacy equipment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electro-mechanical systems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Trinity, FL (Onsite)

Overview:

This is a hands-on technical role supporting automated machines at client sites. The ideal candidate has a strong electro-mechanical background, enjoys troubleshooting equipment, and can work independently while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated pharmacy machines and equipment onsite

  • Perform preventative maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly

  • Adjust machine settings to meet operational specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

  • Use various tools to repair and maintain equipment

  • Document all work, issues, and resolutions accurately

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

  • Manage and prioritize multiple service requests in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechanics, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years of relevant field service or technical experience

  • Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills

  • Experience working with tools and mechanical/electrical systems

  • Knowledge of automation systems and controls

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, etc.)

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Wage Range :

The hourly rate for this position is between $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, unless the local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
