Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking an experienced CAA to fill our last spot on the team at HCA Florida Trinity Hospital. Trinity is a beautiful suburb about 30 miles Northwest of Tampa. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrate a willingness to help mentor our rotating SAAs and be a role model to our new grads that have chosen to start their CAA career with us. This Program has grown steadily and is celebrating 5 years of being one of HCA's Employed Practices.
Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 23 CAAs covering 12 Sites of service plus 3 APPs dedicated to covering OB overnight.
Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, GYN, vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc.
Flexible schedule 40 hours/week. Offering 8s, 10s, 12s, 13s, and 14s.
Additional compensation for beeper call. 7p-7a shifts are split equitably amongst team members. Physician in-house overnight. Premium call back rate of $170/hour paid at a min. of 2 hours.

Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift calculated on a daily basis. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
