Duran Ventures, LLC Maintenance Technician in Trinidad, Colorado
The job entails but is not limited to:
General maintenance activities including but not limited to:
Building maintenance and repair of plumbing, minor electrical, doors/windows, locksets, flooring, tile and other building appurtenances.
Yard and grounds maintenance to include general dirt work, stone work, lawn and weed maintenance. May include raking, shoveling, digging, sweeping and other activities generally required and typical for groundskeeping.
Must be able to run equipment like weed eaters, chainsaws, lawn care equipment.
Other maintenance and repairs as needed for land development company and carwash.
Reports to: Maintenance Director
Full time position - M-F 8-5. You may be asked very occasionally to work on a weekend.
Health benefits after 90 days.
90 day probationary period.
