Duties

• Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in maintaining smooth operations.
• Support catering and banquet events by providing timely bussing and cleaning services to ensure event spaces remain pristine.
• Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including floors, counters, and storage spaces, adhering to health regulations.
• Handle food handling responsibilities with care, following proper procedures for safety and hygiene.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during busy hours.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience or hospitality background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
• Knowledge of food handling practices, cleaning procedures, and basic food service operations.
• Experience with bussing tables, food preparation, or catering is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency.
