Akima Part Time Custodian in Triangle, Virginia

Akima Facilities Operations (AFO) is looking for a Parttime Custodian to work in Triangle, Virginia. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Clean and keep in an orderly condition factory working areas and washrooms, or premises of an office, commercial building, or other establishment.

  • Duties involve a combination of the following:

  • Sweeping, mopping, or scrubbing, and polishing floors; removing chips, trash, and other refuse; dusting equipment, furniture, or fixtures; polishing metal fixtures or trimmings; providing supplies and minor maintenance services; and cleaning lavatories, showers, and restrooms.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with commercial custodian work.

  • Experience in floor buffing/polishing.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Valid driver's license.
