? Contexte de l’entreprise

Notre entreprise industrielle (secteur : dispositifs médicaux / production manufacturière) souhaite renforcer sa politique de prévention des risques professionnels, en particulier des troubles musculosquelettiques (TMS), et réduire l’accidentologie , les maladies professionnelles et l’absentéisme tout en favorisant l’engagement des salariés.

Dans ce cadre, nous souhaitons :

  • Cartographierles postes en termes d’ergonomie, decontraintes TMS, de pénibilité;

  • Améliorer l’ergonomie des postes ;

  • Développerune matrice d’intercompatibilitédes postes (définir l’enchainement des postes/tâche entre eux pour limiter les risques TMS)à intégrer dansun second temps dans unlogiciel(Promed), l’objectifétantd’avoir un outil nous permettant degérer les rotations au postefacilementtouten prenant en compte la polyvalence de chacun;

? Objectifs de la recherche CIFRE

L'objectif de cette thèse est de cartographier les postes en s'appuyant sur une analyse ergonomique approfondie du travail réel, afin de :

  1. Prévenir les TMS et réduire l’impact du manque d’ergonomie des postes de travail, grâce à une rotation plus pertinente, équilibrée et soutenable ;

  2. Accompagner l’intégration du logiciel PROMED, en analysant ses usages réels, ses impacts sur les décisions managériales et sur les conditions de travail.

  3. Réduire l’absentéisme lié aux conditions physiques de travail

  4. Favoriser l’engagement et la participation des salariés via une approche participative et centrée sur l’activité réelle : co-construction.

? Axes scientifiques envisagés

Analyse ergonomique de l’activité et modélisation des contraintes physiques et organisationnelles

Étude de l’intégration des outils numériques dans les environnements industriels (acceptabilité, usage, appropriation)

Évaluation des effets sur la santé, l’absentéisme et l’engagement au travail

Conception participative de nouveaux modes de rotation/postes

Dialogue entre ergonomie physique, cognitive et sociale

? Conditions d’encadrement

Le doctorant(e) sera intégré(e) à la cellule HSE, en interaction autant que besoin avec les managers de production, le service de santé au travail et autre ressources nécessaires et disponibles dans l’entreprise.

Un encadrement scientifique sera assuré par un laboratoire universitaire partenaire reconnu en psychologie du travail et ergonomie.

Le projet sera conduit sur 36 mois, avec un suivi régulier (comités de pilotage internes et scientifiques).

Démarrage souhaité : Septembre 2026
