Aerotek Utility Worker in Trenton, Georgia
Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. , with up to 5–10 hours overtime available (most weeks land close to 40)
Pay Requirement: $20/hr during the contract period; pay is employer‑controlled and may adjust a few dollars if converted to permanent
Location Preference: On‑site rotating between robotic weld assembly cells and the main chassis assembly line.
Job Title: Utility Worker
Job Description
Join our team as a Utility Worker in a dynamic manufacturing setting. 2–3 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent based on performance and business need. You will play a key role in maintaining the efficient operation of our production lines.
Relevant Skills: Manual Labor. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to load/unload robotic weld cells, support chassis assembly using rivet guns, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced, non‑climate‑controlled environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in production and assembly tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Handle materials and equipment to support the manufacturing process.
Contribute to the loading and general production activities.
Maintain a high standard of attention to detail in all tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, assembly, and material handling.
Basic skills in assembly, construction, and general production operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail is essential for this role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
