Position Responsibilities:

Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives. Liaise with Operations Managers, Senior Operations Managers, and General Managers to aid the communication of all policies related to standard work. Ensure KPIs are reviewed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform control and quality analysis on behaviors/processes that could impact inventory integrity. Create quality analysis mechanisms and reporting. Drive process improvements and team members’ ability to keep pace with rapid growth. Work with Loss Prevention teams to establish, influence and adhere to Loss Prevention policies and procedures to reduce cost of inventory loss. Interview, hire, and manage new managers.

40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $95,659/year to $136,500/year.

Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have one year of experience in the following skills: (1) direct management experience, including a hourly workforce, in a manufacturing, or distribution environment; (2) using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics; (3) experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives; and (4) using Excel and analytical platforms, including analyzing data using pivots and V-Lookups.#0000
