ManpowerGroup Autonomous Fleet Operations Equipment Coordinator in Tracy, California
Our client, a leading innovator in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking a Fleet Operations Equipment Coordinator to join their team. As a Fleet Operations Equipment Coordinator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Test Equipment Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fleet Operations Equipment Coordinator
Location: Tracy, CA
Pay Range: 42/hr.
What's the Job?
Work onsite at our test locations in Altamont and/or TRC-CA
Collaborate with Fleet Operations Leadership, TPMs, and stakeholders to translate company initiatives into actionable timelines and deliverables
Coordinate with internal and external teams on test equipment scheduling and maintenance to maximize uptime
Assist in establishing project plans, schedules, and tasks, while identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies
Define and manage the budget for test equipment and create documentation for issue escalation processes
What's Needed?
Hands-on experience with autonomous vehicles and autonomous vehicle operations
Familiarity with JIRA, MS tools, and Google Workspace
Ability to identify risks, anticipate challenges, and proactively develop solutions
Experience working in collaborative environments and promoting teamwork
Strong problem-solving skills and resource planning abilities
