Here’s a glimpse into your day to day:
Performs job in accordance with Company mission, vision, and goal.
Assists the Project Manager with all aspects of each project from start to finish.
Assists the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project budgets and accounting, project schedules and other project-related documentation.
Develops, maintains, and improves strong relationships with clients and subcontractors through regular communication.
Assists in the development of estimates, from conceptual through hard bid estimate levels.
Collaborates with architects and design team to develop the best overall product for clients.
Collaborates with vendors and subcontractors during bidding, estimating and procurement project phases.
Performs other duties as assigned.
You’ll be a perfect fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field of study.
Prior work or internship experience within construction is a plus.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail.
Must possess strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Must be able to perform calculations, to problem solve, and use reasoning.
Must be able to effectively manage and direct others.

Computer Skill Required:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, MS Project)
Ability to learn Construction Management platform, such as Procore and Foundation.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will spend long hours on construction sites using construction equipment and tools. At times, the weather may be inclement. The position requires repetitive motion, such as standing, walking, sitting, and bending. This position could also entail reaching, climbing, crawling, and walking over uneven terrain. Moderate to heavy lifting is required, up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: $65,000-75,000 per year (based upon experience)
Annual Profit Sharing Bonus (variable)
