Spectrum Facilitator II (On Site) in Town of Newtown, Connecticut

*How You’ll Make an Impact *
Facilitate classroom instruction, virtual training, team meetings and hands-on labs to develop participants' skills
Manage learning environments by tracking attendance, addressing behaviors and documenting performance
Complete all administrative duties including class preparation, schedule administration and participant record maintenance
Follow facilitator guides to lead learners through activities, discussions and debriefs while providing actionable feedback
Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain learning labs to ensure current equipment and configurations
Coach learner’s one-on-one to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement within roles, processes or systems
Assist the curriculum development team as a Subject Matter Expert and participate in committees, task forces and team meetings

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and work experience
*Experience *
3+ years of training delivery experience at the professional level or equivalent
3+ years of experience in the functional area or business unit
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Effective prioritization and organizational abilities
Clear and straightforward oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Professional demeanor when dealing with the public
Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Solid understanding of different learning approaches
Demonstrated presentation skills for both individuals and groups, in-person and online
Advanced skills relevant to the functional area or business unit
