Job Summary
Join our Shamrock team as a Cabin Cleaning / Housekeeping key employee, where your energy and attention to detail will create a welcoming and pristine environment for our cabin guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of our cabins, ensuring every guest experiences a spotless and inviting space. Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize cabins between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
Change and launder bedding, make beds, and replenish supplies to ensure comfort and convenience
Inspect each cabin for maintenance issues or safety hazards, reporting any concerns promptly to management
Assist in maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas around cabins, including patios, walkways, and surrounding grounds
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are met
Manage waste disposal responsibly by emptying trash bins and recycling materials appropriately
Assist with inventory management by tracking cleaning supplies and notifying when stock needs replenishing
Skills
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks promptly between guest check-ins and check-outs
Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that involve lifting, bending, stairs, and prolonged standing
Clear communication skills to follow instructions accurately and report issues effectively
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety practices to ensure safe operation
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or additional tasks as needed
