Job description:
The Tioga- Bradford County Housing Authority is currently seeking a Full-Time Bradford County Housing Choice Voucher Case Coordinator.
This position is responsible for determining eligibility of applicants and current participants in the Housing Choice Voucher program and tax credit buildings. This position may be required to mediate disputes between tenants and landlords. Must be proficient with computers including Microsoft Office, work independently, of good moral character and able to perform the essential functions of the job.
Position reports to the Towanda, PA office. Background in subsidized housing and case management preferred. Successful completion of a pre-employment criminal history background check and drug screen required.
