ManpowerGroup SR IT Project Manager in Torrance, California

Seeking an IT Project Manager with global project management experience.

This requires strong leadership and project management expertise, the ability to meet regulatory deadlines, and consistent delivery of daily and weekly progress updates.

The role involves close collaboration with data privacy business partners, the legal department, and multiple IT technical teams. A proven track record in managing teams, timelines, and remediation activities is essential.

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Torrance, CA

Pay Range: $58/hr on W2

Responsibilities:

1.Plan, manage, and execute tactical activities for consumer privacy–related projects.

  1. Experience managing all phases of a project lifecycle, including scope definition, POC/POT efforts, design, construction, and go‑live.

  2. Managing project budgets for both labor and outsourced services is required.

  3. Ensures that consumer privacy projects are delivered on time and aligned with approved business and legal objectives, data governance standards, and Client’s quality expectations.

  4. The role requires excellent communication skills and accountability as the central coordination point between business stakeholders, product owners, technical teams, and leadership.

What’s Needed?

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations to ensure alignment with approved funding and staffing plans. This includes supporting financial reporting, cost monitoring, and resource planning activities in partnership with leadership and finance teams.

Maintaining accurate and complete project documentation in accordance with organizational, audit, and compliance standards is required.
