The Program Management Supervisor is a customer‑facing role responsible for evaluating, onboarding, and managing technology‑enabled opportunities involving API and EDI connectivity. This position serves as the primary bridge between customers, Sales, Quality, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) Operations, ensuring connectivity solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with operational capabilities.
This role requires a blend of technical acumen, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence. This position will not have direct reports but will work closely with Business Development Directors and cross‑functional partners to vet opportunities, manage a connectivity pipeline, and support successful account setup and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Opportunity Management
Act as a customer‑facing program manager for API and EDI connectivity initiatives, representing the organization with professionalism and confidence
Partner with Business Development Directors to vet and solution new opportunities, assess technical and operational feasibility, and support solution positioning
Serve as a subject‑matter liaison during pre‑sales and onboarding discussions related to system connectivity
Connectivity & Program Execution
Lead integration and account setup from intake through readiness, ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and quality requirements
Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable inputs for technical and operational teams
Maintain oversight of the connectivity opportunity pipeline, tracking status, risks, and dependencies
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with:
Sales / Business Development
Quality
WMS Operations and technical teams
Lead initiatives through influence rather than authority , driving accountability, alignment, and timely decision‑making
Identify risks, constraints, and integration challenges early and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
Communication & Documentation
Produce clear, professional written materials, including requirements summaries, customer communications, and internal alignment documentation
Facilitate working sessions and discussions with internal teams and customers, ensuring clarity on scope, roles, and expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical discipline preferred
Demonstrated experience working with or supporting integrations
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently in customer‑facing settings
Experience working cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives or opportunities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Technical background or hands‑on experience supporting system integrations, connectivity, or WMS‑adjacent solutions
Experience in logistics, supply chain, life sciences, or regulated operational environments
Comfort engaging with both technical and non‑technical audiences

Compensation & Benefits:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $5,385.00 per month to $8,755.00 per month. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience.

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,940.00/year to $107,160.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
