Now Hiring: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School-Based Autism Support
Location: Torrance, Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: School hours – enjoy weekends and holidays off!

What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
Train and mentor school staff in effective ABA strategies
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and families to support IEP goals
Ensure compliance with school policies and best practices in ABA
? What You Bring:
Active BCBA certification (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience with autism-focused ABA programs (preferred)
CPR certification (if applicable)
TB test and health clearance (as required)
Must be 18+ and meet all federal, state, and local requirements
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Experience in school or pediatric settings
Familiarity with ABA data tools and documentation
