Crate & Barrel Design Service Coordinator in Torrance, California
The Design Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Centralized Design Service Team’s internal operations, by reviewing and performing project intake, project assignments, facilitating inquiries from customers to the team. Ensuring the team has ample administrative support to provide design customers with a seamless experience.
A day in the life as a Design Service Coordinator...
Assigns new project submissions to Digital Designers,reviews store submissions and checks design deliverables.
Manages the Workflow Management tool and ensures that the team is held accountable for keeping customer projects up to date.
Gathers daily team and individual productivity numbers enters data into productivity spreadsheets for daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Reviews and disseminates appropriate Crate News and Customer Service Huddle information to the Centralized Design Services Team.
Maintain the Centralized Design Services Team Google Drive and Training site
Supports leadership with auxiliary projects.
Perform other duties, as assigned

Previous experience in Customer Service, preferred

High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent preferred
