Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are seeking a skilled and student-centered BCBA to support one middle school and one high school, providing high-quality behavioral services that help students succeed academically and socially.
Caseload: 61 students across two school sites.
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (option: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM)
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and write clear reports outlining eligibility, needs, and goals.
• Provide inclusion support and collaborate with general and special education teams.
• Offer consultation on instructional strategies, accommodations, and behavior supports.
• Assist staff in developing data systems, social stories, social skills groups, and behavior supports.
• Use evidence-based tools to determine service levels for inclusion and extended day programs.
• Provide professional development and training for staff, administrators, and families.
• Lead and support paraprofessionals serving students with significant behavioral challenges.
• Conduct observations, interviews, and protocol-based assessments to determine service needs.
• Develop and monitor individualized data collection systems and behavior strategies.
• Attend IEP meetings for initial and ongoing behavioral service planning.
• Maintain accurate student records and service logs aligned with district guidelines.
• Attend monthly Behavior Analyst Meetings (3rd Monday, 3:30–4:30 PM).
Minimum Requirements
• Current BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Teaching, Psychology, or related field
• Experience with ABA and behavior-analytic services preferred
• Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
• CPR, TB/PPD/X-ray, and Health Certificate if applicable
• Must be at least 18 years old
