Insight Global Third Party Risk Management Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a senior Project Manager with deep experience in banking risk and regulatory remediation to lead a time‑sensitive initiative addressing regulatory findings related to Third Party Risk Management (TPRM).

A Caribbean-based banking entity needs to align their framework to the North American parent program, particularly across end‑to‑end third party risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and reporting. Regulators have formally requested full synchronization of these processes.

Local teams will be hired to execute remediation activities; however, we are looking to hire this Project Manager to own the program project status, ensure delivery against aggressive timelines, and provide clear escalation and visibility to senior leadership.

The remediation must be completed by July, with later months dedicated to demonstrating sustainability and ongoing compliance.

Skills and Requirements

  • 7-15 years+ of Project Management experience working within a major North American banking environment

  • Project management skills including creating project plans, budgets, minutes, status updates, reporting, RACI charts

  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex regulatory remediation project plans

  • Strong background in regulatory projects, including direct exposure to OSFI‑driven initiatives

  • Experience working with Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) within a banking environment with experience including:

Inherent risk concepts

Risk remediation strategies

Risk reporting and governance

  • Ability to communicate risk clearly and confidently to Director‑level and senior leadership audiences

  • Strong issue management and escalation skills in high‑pressure, regulator‑driven environments - Knowledge of ISO risk frameworks

  • Familiarity with SOC 2 controls and reporting

  • Experience demonstrating sustained compliance following regulatory remediation
