We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join Global Wealth Management Technology (GWMT).
Is this role right for you? In this role you will:
Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
Conducts stakeholder interviews, facilitates meetings, leads requirements gathering sessions
Analyzes requirements from business units and translates them into technical requirements for developers or vendors
Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
Supports one or more highly complex business processes
Works on multiple projects as a project team member
Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization, in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
Strong communication skills – will be speaking with multiple stakeholders such as Business Partners, Operation Teams, Developers and Vendors
Experience with data analysis, data mapping & data integration work
Advanced SQL skills for extracting and interpreting data from various systems
Ability to translate business requirements into detailed data and technical requirements
Solid experience in working with financial data. Preferred if experience has been in Canadian Wealth Management
Experience with Reporting applications an asset
Knowledge of Performance and/ or Fee related domains an asset
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform systems and business root-cause analysis
Being able to work in a matrix organization and work with competing priorities, will be working on multiple projects
Energetic and ready to move quickly
Agile experience (an asset)
Jira/Confluence/ServiceNow/Excel
