What you'll be doing
You will be joining a high-performing Treasury Product Control team dedicated to providing accurate daily P&L and risk reporting for Canadian Retail Treasury, Wholesale Treasury Funding, or Funding and Liquidity Management business lines. As Senior Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of Analysts responsible for delivering timely daily financial estimates, reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of P&L and risk reports, reconciling month-end financials, and overseeing regulatory and hedge effectiveness reporting. You will collaborate closely with front office, risk management, CFO group, accounting, and business stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence.

How you'll Succeed
Operational Excellence – Manage team tasks on a timely manner to meet the deadline of month-end processes such as DFE G/L reconciliation, hedge effectiveness binders preparation and other reporting deliverables. Oversee new and ongoing processes to continuously enhance, automate and standardize.
Talent Management - Provide training, development, and support to Analysts to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Operational Excellence - Oversee daily and month-end reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in all deliverables.
Leadership & Relationship Building - Inspire your team and foster strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to drive results and maintain trust.
Who you are
You have experience. You demonstrate 7+ years of experience in managing a team within a relevant financial field. You demonstrate strong technical skills in VBA and Excel. It is an asset if you have experience with Alteryx .
