About the role
As a Principal Infra Developer you will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure capabilities by leveraging ServiceNow AIOps and Agentic AI technologies. Your expertise in Experience Design ServiceNow will be pivotal in driving innovative solutions. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will contribute significantly to optimizing our product lifecycle management processes.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow AIOps to enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow Agentic AI to automate and streamline processes ensuring seamless functionality.
Provide expert guidance in Experience Design ServiceNow to create user-centric solutions that improve overall user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Ensure the scalability and reliability of infrastructure solutions to support business growth and continuity.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues providing timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements to optimize resource utilization and efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs and expectations.
Implement best practices in infrastructure management to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and knowledge in ServiceNow technologies.
Contribute to the company’s purpose by driving infrastructure innovations that positively impact society.

What you need to have to be considered
Possess extensive experience in ServiceNow AIOps and Agentic AI demonstrating a strong ability to implement and optimize these technologies.
Have a solid background in Experience Design ServiceNow showcasing the ability to create user-centric solutions.
Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is highly desirable providing insights into optimizing product processes.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving infrastructure issues.
Exhibit strong collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest infrastructure technologies and trends.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 3/13/26.
The annual salary for this position is between $81,000 - $127,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
