Service Sales Operational support
The Service Contract and Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for driving service revenue within their territory cross-divisionally by reviewing, tracking, and completing Service Quotes, Service Contract Renewals and New Service Contracts. The incumbent will be required to identify new service opportunities, warranty conversions, and contract renewals within their defined territory and scope of work to meet KPIs tied to attachment rates, renewal success rates, and quarterly sales quotas. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational and communication skills with fluency in English and French with strong business acumen.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Leverage Hologic’s Salesforce platform to create and maintain Service Opportunities
Identify, capture, and pursue warranty conversion opportunities
Identify, capture, and pursue service contract renewal opportunities
Manage opportunities in Salesforce and maintain data with accuracy and precision
Contribute information to management regarding probability of sales, emerging opportunities and challenges, and competitive data as observed
Selling SureCare Service Offerings and Plans
Build sustainable growth and excellence by meeting and exceeding top line revenue goals
Drive SureCare service retention strategies in partnership with service sales, commercial sales, and field service teams
Build strategic, collaborative, and strong relationships with customers
Promote cross functional and cross divisional strategy, communication, and tactical planning to maximize revenue opportunities and efficiency
Foster relationships and communicate effectively and often with internal stakeholders including but not limited to Sales & Leadership, Field Service & Leadership, and Commercial Operations and Service Sales teams.
Quote & Contract Execution
Close Salesforce Opportunities and activate contracts upon award
Manage billing schedules upon contract execution
Ensure order accuracy and process compliance
Capture all relevant details of the opportunity upon close
Service Sales Operations support
Compile, track, and report on key metrics including attachment rates and service contract renewal success rates
Equipment warranty management
Service contract terminations and credits
Support Biomed training support processes
Support quarterly Salesforce release testing
Monitor and respond to high volume email inbox inquiries
Work on ad hoc Service Contract projects as needed
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND BEHAVIORS
Knowledge:
Knowledge of offer development methodologies
Knowledge of Canadian procurement practices and standard business practices
High proficiency in CRM and ERP systems and advanced data management practices
Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry strongly preferred
Experience in service contracts, service sales, or field service strongly preferred
Skills:
Experience working in sales
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required
Proven ability to deliver on goals and objectives
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and French
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Previous experience with Salesforce preferred

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in sales, service, or customer-facing contract role preferred
Background in healthcare or medical devices preferred but not mandatory

Additional Info:
The annualized base salary range for this role is $82,467 to $128,987 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
