UL, LLC Senior Regional Marketing Specialist in Toronto, Ontario
The Senior Regional Marketing Specialist is a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving the collection and analysis of customer and market insights to inform regional and global business strategies. Leveraging expertise in regional market trends and business operations, this role supports local planning and coordination efforts, ensuring marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives. The specialist will execute demand generation tactics, manage budgets and analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to influence business outcomes and contribute to overall team success.
Support the collection and analysis of customer and market insights to inform both regional and global teams.
Leverage understanding of regional business strategies, local market trends, competitive landscapes, buyer personas, and purchasing journeys to support team planning and budgeting initiatives.
Assist in local-level planning and coordination, including brand activation, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, messaging development, and optimizing the marketing mix.
Ensure tactical marketing plans are aligned with overarching business objectives and goals.
Contribute to the execution of demand generation tactics, including inbound and outbound marketing, strategic communications, content creation, agency and project management, social media marketing, SEO/SEM, and event marketing.
Assist with budgeting, measurement, analytics, and reporting to provide transparency on the business impact of marketing activities.
Support the identification and pursuit of growth opportunities and initiatives to improve cost efficiency and ROI.
Help manage budget allocations, track actuals versus planned spend and KPIs, and proactively leverage insights to drive pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall return on investment.
Influence business and sales outcomes by crafting and supporting effective communications tailored to regional cultural and operational norms.
Collaborate cross-functionally and utilize internal networks to achieve successful outcomes for local teams during planning and performance review cycles.
Contribute as an engaged team member and actively participate in the success of a high-performing marketing team.
Support business goals by performing additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in regional marketing, preferably within a global organization.
Demonstrated experience in collecting and analyzing market and customer insights.
Proven track record in planning and executing regional marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, event marketing).
Experience with marketing analytics, reporting, and budget management.
Ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.

What we offer:
- Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000-95,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (80 hours).
