Insight Global Senior Project Manager in Toronto, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a Program Management Office (PMO) within a leading bank. The role focuses on program‑level planning, coordination, governance, and dependency management, rather than ownership of a single delivery stream. The PM will work closely with the Program Director/Manager and two PCOs to distribute PMO responsibilities and ensure strong delivery oversight across all workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cross‑workstream dependencies across 14 active initiatives
• Maintain program‑level RAID logs, action logs, decisions, and communications
• Support governance cadence, escalation, and issue resolution
• Prepare executive‑level dashboards, status updates, and steering materials
• Coordinate inputs from Corporate Finance, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, and vendors
• Track milestones, interdependencies, and critical path items
• Support financial tracking and overall PMO reporting
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, artefacts, and controls

Skills and Requirements
• 8+ years of Project Management experience in banking or financial services
• Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs within a PMO
• Strong capability in dependency management and executive reporting
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience supporting finance, treasury, liquidity, payments, or risk initiatives
• Exposure to regulatory or risk‑driven programs
• PMP, Agile, or equivalent certification
