How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Dining Product Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the Canadian strategy and market expansion of the Dining platform.

  • Own and execute a three-year roadmap for “Dining as a Product,” driving Cardmember engagement, penetration, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop scalable, competitive growth strategies informed by market trends and performance insights.

  • Partner with global and enterprise teams to enhance platform capabilities and go-to-market execution.

Restaurant & Industry Partnerships:

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of high-value restaurant and chef-owner partners.

  • Oversee day-to-day management and performance optimization of key partners, including curated access and programming.

  • Lead priority industry partnerships to drive brand differentiation and enterprise value.

  • Serve as relationship owner for designated external partners

Business Performance & Analytics:

  • Accountable for Dining platform performance in Canada.

  • Develop and manage KPI dashboards across partner growth, engagement, and financial performance.

  • Leverage analytics to optimize strategy, forecast impact, and inform investment decisions.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution:

  • Partner with Product, TLS, Experience, GMS, Legal/Regulatory, Marketing, and PSV to deliver scalable capabilities and premium dining access.

  • Lead launch of new capabilities and operational improvements across partner and diner experiences.

  • Manage budget planning and ensure disciplined resource allocation.

People Leadership:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, and analytical capability.

  • Experience scaling product/platform initiatives in complex, matrixed environments.

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results.

  • Strong project management and prioritization skills.

  • Deep understanding of industry trends and competitive dynamics.

Qualifications

Hiring Range: $100,000 to $150,000 annually bonus benefits
