How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning supports the Canada leadership team on delivering strategic priorities against the multi-year growth strategy and building an inclusive culture. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires a highly dedicated, hard-working, and intrinsically motivated individual who can work independently while effectively communicate and collaborate across key functions and stakeholders.
This role will contribute to strategy development, strategic communications, own cross-functional processes, and have broad leadership exposure. The individual will also play a crucial role in interacting across the organization and collaborating with stakeholders on major business initiatives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
Assisting in strategic business planning for initiatives and projects across the enterprise, including annual and long-term planning, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.
Managing organizational planning and operational processes, including budgeting, leadership development, and other critical cross-team projects.
Overseeing colleague engagement initiatives and representing Canada on a variety of committees and task forces.
Managing comprehensive colleague communication strategy, business updates and related communications.
Building and maintaining collaborative relationships locally and internationally.

High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality is a must.
Qualifications
Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually bonus benefits
