How will you make an impact in this role?

The Senior Analyst, Strategic Planning supports the Canada leadership team on delivering strategic priorities against the multi-year growth strategy and building an inclusive culture. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role that requires a highly dedicated, hard-working, and intrinsically motivated individual who can work independently while effectively communicate and collaborate across key functions and stakeholders.

This role will contribute to strategy development, strategic communications, own cross-functional processes, and have broad leadership exposure. The individual will also play a crucial role in interacting across the organization and collaborating with stakeholders on major business initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following

  • Assisting in strategic business planning for initiatives and projects across the enterprise, including annual and long-term planning, competitive intelligence, and data analytics.

  • Managing organizational planning and operational processes, including budgeting, leadership development, and other critical cross-team projects.

  • Overseeing colleague engagement initiatives and representing Canada on a variety of committees and task forces.

  • Managing comprehensive colleague communication strategy, business updates and related communications.

  • Building and maintaining collaborative relationships locally and internationally.

  • Outstanding communicator: verbal, written and through presentations – with an ability to breakdown complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.

  • High integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality is a must.

Qualifications

Hiring Range: $68,000 to $102,000 annually bonus benefits
